How to Rename and Email a Photo in Picassa
  
     
  1. Select Tools -> Options from the toolbar at the top of the screen.

2. Select your email program and set output options to 1024.
Once this is set, it does not have to be set again.

  3. After you select and edit your photo, you must rename it.
Sselect File -> Rename from the toolbar at the top of the screen.

  4. Enter a new file name in the format: Month-Day_Category_LastName_FirstInitial_Title.
Record the title so, if your entry wins, you can remember it.

5. Select email at the bottom of the screen. This opens your email program.
Click on the send button in your email program.
